Cindy in da house!!

Cindy in da house is our school production that we got to see on friday, term 3 last week of term. It was also on tuesday,wednesday and thursday night from 22nd of september.

We would pay five dollars a ticket but on friday it was a free showing for our whole school.   

Gathering at 9:00 in the morning lining up in different spaces of the hall that we are not 

familiar with and sitting down waiting patiently. As 10 minutes passed the show was starting. Lights went off, nothing to see, people came on. Dancing,singing,acting and short clips were in this brilliant show.

After about an hour, the show was finished. From amazing dancing to an amazing performance.

This would have to be one of my favourite theatre show in my whole entire life. It was an amazing experience.

Describing my first day at school?

Well In Assembly everyone got given treats and yum stuff and my teacher was riding a hovercraft. My first day was super crazy. How was your first day at school like! Let me tell you how this happened!.....

We got given the task to write a detailed introduction abut our fist imerrison assembly for term two. Then check it with a buddy and let them mark were how interesting our Introduction!

Year 5 and 6 camp writing!

Playing and having fun is What the year 5 and 6’s did on camp last week! Our parent helpers came to school early in the morning maybe the day before helped put up the tents! They are so nice and really helpful!

Camp is a fun and exciting time because you get to play activities with your team, sleep in tents with your friends and many more things as well ( You also get to do some baking!). This is  also a time to explore our wonderful environment, like our Pt England reserve!

My favourite highlight was the concert. It was Awesomely, fantastically good!! Our group was third. It was kinda nerve wracking because we didn’t get that much practice but came we out ok. Then the Real dealz were after us, but between every performance Miss Va’afusuaga played game with the students and the parents! It was a fantastic night!

My second favourite highlight was the mangere pools!

Traveling on the bus wasn’t that cool because it was so LOUD!!

But when we got there It was nice and quiet. After waiting a long time some people went for a swim and I was one of them. It was nice and cool. A long day was finished we got changed, sat on the bank got on the bus, went back to school and went home!

Year 5 and 6 camp!!

I have visited Jordennes blog to see how she has felt about year 5 and 6 camp in the past!In the recount that she has written explains that she liked the activites more than swimming and sleeping in tent city! She explains how she was very nervous about the dance cause she was nervous, but at the end of the day she was very good!

This has helped me to enjoy camp this year by doing fun activites and the dance for camp. Shout out to Jordenne for doing an a amazing blog post!

Mr Goodwin gave us the task to write about one of past year 6's to see what they have thought of year 5 and 6 camp from their prespective !
